Please call or email our team to submit a request; the current website form does not deliver submissions to our team. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a service request and to update that information if it changes.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submit false information, or access data you are not authorized to access.

2. Our Services

Custom Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling provides kitchen and bathroom remodeling, design consultations, and related installation services. We offer a free in-home estimate. The proposed work, materials, and project pricing are discussed with you before any remodeling work is authorized.

Estimates are prepared based on the project scope, measurements, and material selections. Completion depends on the agreed scope, material availability, site conditions, and any required permits or inspections. Appointment requests made by phone or email are not confirmed until our team contacts you.

3. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Consent

Our current website form does not enroll you in SMS messaging, and providing a phone number does not constitute SMS consent. If we introduce an SMS program, we will request your separate, optional consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Custom Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling at the number you provide. Those messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival notices, reminders, follow-ups, and related customer communications. The conditions below apply only to a program introduced with that separate consent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Any SMS consent would be separate, optional, and not required to request service or make a purchase. Our current website form requires a phone number for contact purposes, but entering it does not provide SMS consent. You can also contact us directly by email to discuss a project without enrolling in SMS messaging.

Message frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary based on your service activity and the number of appointments scheduled.

Carrier charges: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan. Custom Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling is not responsible for messaging or data charges imposed by your carrier.

Carrier liability: We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or misrouting of messages caused by your mobile carrier or any third-party service provider.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that consent to receive messages at that number has been obtained.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment requests made by phone or email are reviewed and confirmed by our team. Availability, scheduling, and any applicable project or service costs are discussed before a visit is finalized. The in-home estimate is free. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a request based on service area, project scope, or availability.

5. Payment and Fees

The in-home estimate is free. Remodeling costs are communicated before work is authorized. Approved work is billed according to the agreed scope. Payment terms are discussed and agreed with you before work begins.

6. Warranties and Limitations

Our remodeling work is backed by a 1-year labor warranty. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, third-party products, or issues unrelated to the work performed. Our services are provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including any failure or delay in text message delivery. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
